The content elements of the homepage cannot be placed in a public or closed database without prior written permission.  The content and form components of the homepage may not be changed or used for purposes other than the content of the homepage, even with communication permission. This prohibition does not effect the free use cases provided for in the Act No. LXXVI of 1999 on Copyright, which, however, are available only for the group of users specified by law or for the purpose and to the extent specified by law.

The copyright of the content of the homepage belongs to the National Cyber Security Center unless other source is indicated in the specific document or there is other communication related to copyright. In this case proceed accordingly.

References (links) on World Wide Web service may be placed in other online services. The National Cyber Security Center reserves the right to raise objection against links placed in unworthy environment and initiate its elimination.
